•    Created a flyer: “You’ve Changed Your Light Blubs, So What’s the Next Step?”

•    Handed out flyers at neighborhood events, making a connection with neighbors.

•    Participated in the Red Meets Green project, which delivered the CEAP flyer (along with other information) to approximately ¾ of Palo Alto households.

Future Plans

•    Increase the number of neighborhood Green Teams, with the goal of having one Green Team in every neighborhood.

•    Consider developing a questionnaire to gauge people’s environmental awareness, steps they’ve taken, steps they plan to take and obstacles to taking action.

•    Attend neighborhood functions to increase awareness of CEAP and environmental issues.

•    Create a slide presentation on global warming which includes local impacts and efforts that can be used by Green Teams, CEAP, etc. to help educate and increase awareness on Global Warming.

•    Invite Green Team liaisons to attend CEAP Neighborhood meetings quarterly to encourage communication, support and joint efforts on environmental projects.
