Join the CEAP Yahoo Group

One of the goals of CEAP is to: Create a vehicle for communication, education and awareness among the City and all segments of the community. The Yahoo Group was created to further that goal. Please join so you can communicate with other CEAP participants. We will also be transfering our meeting updates, minute notices and agenda emails to this group. Keeping a separate email list is labor intensive and becomes easily outdated and duplicative.
