Initiative:  Carpooling and Alternative Commutes for PAUSD Schools and Youth - Parents and kids are looking for an easy way to use online mapping tool to coordinate ride sharing, riding and walking groups and the like as an alternative to driving cars to school every day.  One or more schools  are expected to pilot test such a service in the fall '08.

Help or Resource Needed:  Experts to advise on or develop online mapping tools (existing or readily made) or those with access to such software or online services/hosting/support that could be used by residents (with a simple, user driven, self managing, online graphical system, maybe using Google maps or the like) to help them match, connect and coordinate daily commutes with each other.

Initiative: The PA-CEAP wiki/website

Help or Resource Needed:  Volunteers to help make the wiki vibrant and useful.  We need volunteers to help segment leaders add information to their sections of the wiki, and also people to add local and regional news links, relevant videos, editorials, opinions, and environmental action content.
